I have been a busy busy bee!

It has been far too long since I have blogged. I have gone completely freelance, and I have been so very busy! Proms, weddings, hen parties and photo shoots, as well as my day to day motherly and wifely responsibilities. Not to mention admin work, emails, and learning new skills (more about that in a minute). So... what is new in the world of Glamorama?

In May, I was MUA for the beautiful Amy Woodside, bride to my photographer pal Richard Woodside. Their special day was captured by the highly sought after and crazy talented photographer Brett Harkness. Check out his blog post about their wedding featuring some of the most special wedding photos I have ever seen. And get a load of Amy's stunning bouquet, I am in love with this whole wedding!

I have been busy shooting with Zak Tyler and Gabriella Csutor once again. The above pic is from this weeks beauty shoot with Gabby, featuring a gorgeous up and coming model Lucy Byrne from J'Adore Models Manchester. Lucy was an absolute delight to work with, her skin is just crazy beautiful! We also shot a colourful theme with Catherine Derbyshire featuring some wack headpieces made by moi. I can't wait to share the edits, but unfortunately I must. Watch this space!

I have (finally) invested in a UV Gel Polish system, I am pleased to say! After much research, I have decided to go with Bluesky 14 Day UV Gel Polish. I think this brand offers great quality and a HUGE choice of colours and finishes, and at a great price point so I can offer good value. I am just starting with the basics, but I am practicing and hope to be able to offer some fantastic nail art soon. I am looking for ideas for what colours to add to my kit, what do you think would be essential? Please comment below!

So that is what I have been up to. I have also been trying a few new products which I really like and want to do a proper review hopefully in the next week. Keep checking back!
