HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
These timings are approximate, as some may take longer or less time! But on average…
Makeup – 45 minutes
Hair and makeup – 1 hour and 30 minutes
Semi-Permanent lashes – 90 -120 minutes full set , 30 – 60 minutes infill
Makeup Lesson – 2 hours
Baby bump painting – 90 mins
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am now based at Kathryn Kavanagh salon, 101 Woolton Road, Liverpool, L15 6TB. In my beauty studio, I am providing not only vegan makeup, but also a range of vegan beauty treatments.
For bridal bookings, I come to your home or chosen venue on the big day to glam up you and your wedding party!
WHAT BRANDS AND PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
I use a variety of vegan cruelty-free professional, luxury, indie, and high street brands. I don’t stick to one particular brand, I use what we know works to create beautiful long lasting looks for our clients. My kit has been tried and tested, and I use what I love!
DO I NEED TO BRING LASHES?
All of our makeup services include free basic strip lashes. We have a selection of premium strip lashes available for £5-10 extra depending on the style and brand. Individual lashes are an additional £10 and must be requested at the time of booking.
CAN I BOOK FOR EYE MAKEUP ONLY?
We do not offer an “Eyes Only” service as we take pride in our work and do complete faces only. We love what we do, and part of that is creating the complete look, including perfect skin and lips!
DO I NEED A TRIAL?
A trial is included with our bridal makeup and hair and makeup package. If a wedding party member would like a trial, that is an additional cost. We can also do trials for occasion makeup at an additional cost. Trials take place in the salon, Kathryn Kavanagh, 101 Woolton Road, Liverpool L15 6TB
DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
A patch test is where a tiny amount of product, such as semi-permanent lash glue or lash/brow tint or lifting solutions, is applied to the skin to see if an allergic reaction occurs. I require a patch test for all new lash or brow clients 48 hours before application of semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint service, lash and brow tinting. I cannot and will not carry out services if you have not been patch tested, so please book your appointments in advance so that we can perform the test 48 hours before You can book a patch test HERE
DO I NEED TO WASH MY HAIR?
As a rule, if you are having a hair up it is best to have ‘day old’ hair as it has more grip and holds better. If your hair gets greasy, please wash and dry before you arrive for your appointment. Please have clean dry hair ready to style.
